- Anything for loose skin or texture. This softens the cords and that's all it does; anyone telling you otherwise is selling. The honest answer for skin is RF microneedling, three sessions, and patience.

The goal is that nobody can tell.
Not that you look done. That you look like you slept, and nobody can work out why. If what you want is to be noticed, we are the wrong practice and we will say so at the consultation.

WED 9 SEPT
Day 0
Twenty to forty minutes in the chair. You drive yourself home and go back to work. Small raised bumps where the needle went in; they're gone before dinner.
THU 10 SEPT
Day 1–2
Bruising, if you're going to bruise. Filler bruises more than neuromodulator, and the lip and the tear trough more than anything else. Three to seven days under the eye is normal, not a complication. Arnica does very little. Concealer does a lot.
SAT 12 SEPT
Day 3–5
Filler is at its biggest here and it is not what you asked for yet. This is the window people panic in — it is the day we get the email, and nothing has gone wrong. Don't book a photograph this week.
WED 16 SEPT
Day 7
Neuromodulator starts showing; about half of it is in. If one side moves more than the other, note it. That's what the two-week check is for.
WED 23 SEPT
Day 14
Full effect, and your two-week check, already on the books and free. If it's uneven, this is where we even it. If you want more, this is where we talk about it — not on day three.
If you have an event, count back twenty-one days. Not seven.

There is a woman further up this page and she is not Claire; she is not anyone. She was generated, the foot of the page says so, and a person who does not exist is scenery — nobody mistakes her for a result. A photograph in THIS slot would be different, because this slot is evidence: every face that has ever filled it on an aesthetics website is either a stock model or a headshot from nine years ago, and from where you’re sitting you cannot tell which. So the slot holds a licence number instead, because that is checkable in under a minute — on a real practice’s site it links straight to the state board, and you should use it. This one is zeros, because a licence number belongs to a person and we are not going to borrow a stranger’s. Check hers when she has one. Then come and meet her.
What she won’t do
- I don't do lips at a first appointment. Half a syringe, and we look again in four weeks.
- I don't do tear troughs on anyone I haven't treated before, and I don't make exceptions for weddings.
- I won't do cheek filler because you brought in a photograph of someone else.
- If the answer is a neuromodulator and not filler, I'll say so, even though filler is the bigger ticket.
- If the honest answer is surgery, or nothing at all, you'll get that answer and your consultation fee back on your card.
- And I am not going to tell you that you need something you walked in happy with.
Hyaluronidase is in the second drawer, not on order. Dr. Ferrante is in the building Tuesdays and Thursdays and reachable the rest of the week. If something is wrong at eleven at night you get Claire's mobile — it's printed on your aftercare card, and nobody screens it.
The arithmetic
Most first visits land between $340 and $780.
That is not a starting price with a footnote. It is the range 412 appointments actually fell in last year, and the reason we can print it is that nothing on the card moves depending on who is asking.
The posted price is honoured for thirty days from the day you read it, which is the part a quote over the phone can never promise.

The standing appointment
$95 a month
It becomes $95 of credit toward anything here, plus ten percent off skin. The credit never expires and it doesn't vanish if you skip a month. Cancel whenever; whatever you've built up stays yours.
We don't sell packages you have to use before they expire. That's not a policy, it's just that we'd rather not have your money sitting in a drawer with a clock on it.

This is fair and we've changed what we say because of it. Three to five days is the average; nine is inside normal for a tear trough and I should have given you the top of the range instead of the middle. The scale on this page now says three to seven, and it tells people to count back twenty-one days from an event rather than seven. I'm sorry it landed on your week.

Questions
The things people ask before they book.
- Will I look done?
- Not from anything we'd do on a first visit, because on a first visit we do less than you asked for. The thing that makes work visible is volume and symmetry that's too good, and both come from repeated appointments where nobody said stop. That's the job we think we're doing.
- What if I hate it?
- Neuromodulator wears off in three to four months and there is no faster way; anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. Filler we can dissolve, usually the same week — $250, and free if we placed it. Nobody here will make that awkward for you.
- Do you dissolve filler somebody else put in?
- Yes. $250, and we'll want to see you first because dissolving takes down more than the last thing that went in.
- I have an event in ten days.
- Then not filler, and probably not this month. Count back twenty-one days from an event, not seven — three to seven days of bruising is normal and the swelling isn't finished until day fourteen. We'd rather you booked in November than looked wrong in a photograph you'll keep.
- Do you push memberships and packages?
- We have one membership and it's a credit balance that never expires — see the card. We don't sell courses of treatment you have to use up. If we're recommending something you didn't come in for, ask us why, and the answer had better be about your face.
- Is a nurse allowed to do this? Where's the doctor?
- Claire is a registered nurse injecting under the medical direction of Dr. Naomi Ferrante, who is on site Tuesdays and Thursdays and reachable the rest of the week. She has seen you on paper before you sit down. That's how it should work, and it's worth asking anywhere you go.
- What happens if something's wrong at eleven at night?
- You get Claire's mobile. It's printed on your aftercare card, it isn't an answering service, and nobody screens it. Hyaluronidase is in the second drawer here, not on order from somewhere. Call, don't wait until morning, and don't feel silly about it — we would much rather hear from you at eleven than at nine.
- Do I have to talk to anyone to book?
- No. Everything on this site books online, there's no deposit and no form that produces a phone call you didn't ask for. There is a phone number in the footer and you're welcome to use it. Most people don't, which is fine.
- Why is there no before-and-after gallery?
- Because we'd rather show you the arithmetic than the outcome. The drawing above tells you what goes where, how much, what it costs, what it lasts and what it won't do — a gallery hides all five of those. Ask at your consultation and we'll show you ours in the room, with the patient's written permission, on a screen we haven't chosen the lighting for.

Nothing gets injected at a consultation unless you ask, and if it isn’t the day for it we’ll say so.
What happens in the thirty minutes
- You tell us what you notice in photographs of yourself. Not what you want done — what you notice.
- We look at your face at rest and moving, which takes longer than you'd think and is most of the job.
- We say what we'd do, what we wouldn't, and what it costs, in that order.
- You get it written down before you decide anything.
- You book, or you don't, and either way nobody calls you afterwards.

Getting there
Finding us, and parking.
Suite 210, above the shopfronts on Coast Highway. There's a metered spot out front if you're lucky and a free lot behind the building off Fernleaf if you're not. The suite is up one flight of stairs; there's a lift at the north end of the building and if you need it, say so when you book and we'll meet you at it. There's no waiting room and no receptionist, so don't arrive twenty minutes early — there's a coffee place two doors down that we're personally responsible for the profitability of.
