First time here
A consultation, thirty minutes.
Nothing gets injected at a consultation unless you ask, and if it isn't the day for it we'll say so.
What happens in the thirty minutes
- You tell us what you notice in photographs of yourself. Not what you want done — what you notice.
- We look at your face at rest and moving, which takes longer than you'd think and is most of the job.
- We say what we'd do, what we wouldn't, and what it costs, in that order.
- You get it written down before you decide anything.
- You book, or you don't, and either way nobody calls you afterwards.
The $75 is paid at the appointment, not now. It comes off whatever you book within sixty days, and if we tell you that you don't need anything yet it goes back on your card.
What's on your mind?
Optional, and not a decision. Tick anything you've been looking at and we'll have thought about it before you sit down. Some of it we'll talk you out of, and you may as well find that out now.
When?
Thirty minutes, with Claire. She injects Tuesday to Saturday.

Who are we expecting?
One is enough. We use it to confirm, and to tell you if Claire is running late. Nobody calls you afterwards.
Optional, and the question the appointment actually starts with. Answer it here or answer it in the chair.
The suite is up one flight. There's a lift at the north end — say so here and we'll meet you at it.
