Case study/ Business site/ Lead gen
Apex Reserve Group
Lead-generation site for reserve studies and cost segregation — HOA boards and investors.
Our own venture, designed and shipped in-house. Two services, two audiences, one job: turn visitors into proposal requests. Clear service pages, a short proposal form on every screen, and a direct consultation booking flow.

The idea
Apex Reserve Group sells two things: reserve studies for HOA boards and cost segregation for property investors. Both audiences need defensible numbers, and both arrive skeptical. So the site's job is simple. State each offer plainly, answer the compliance questions boards actually ask, and make the next step obvious. Every page points to one of two actions: request a free proposal or book a consultation.
The build
We built a page for each service — full reserve studies, updates with and without a site visit, and cost segregation — so each audience lands on copy written for them. A three-field proposal form with a service dropdown sits on the homepage and every service page, backed by a consultation booking flow. We wrote the substance too: Fannie Mae reserve requirements, California's SB 326, county-by-county coverage for Southern California and Metro Atlanta. Blog, FAQs, and portfolio round it out.
What shipped
A visitor can read exactly what each study includes, check whether their county is covered, and submit the three-field proposal form without leaving the page. Boards get straight answers on funding requirements and lender compliance. Investors get plain explanations of cost segregation, with worked examples on the blog. Anyone ready to talk can book a consultation directly.

Worth noticing
- A single italic word carries each headline — quiet typographic emphasis
- One short proposal form repeats across the homepage and every service page
- County-by-county coverage lists ground the reserve study pages in real territory
