Delta Edge is a live options analytics terminal that visualizes dealer gamma exposure, 0DTE positioning, and volatility surfaces in real time. We designed, built, and shipped the whole thing — terminal, landing, docs — as one continuous experience.

  1. The idea

    Dealer positioning moves markets. When traders buy options, market makers hedge, and that hedging can pin price or amplify it. The data that reveals this has mostly lived inside institutional tools. Delta Edge exists to change that: give individual traders a live read on gamma exposure, structural levels, and dealer bias, at a price that isn't institutional. The whole product is built around one question — where are dealers positioned right now?

  2. The build

    We built the full terminal in React: a color-coded GEX heatmap across strikes and expiries, a 0DTE dashboard for the major indices, and an interactive 3D volatility surface rendered on a WebGL canvas. Around the core sit a max pain calculator, vega profile, IV skew and term structure views, an options screener, and a Claude-powered analyst that explains positioning in plain trader language. The landing page mirrors the terminal, and the docs explain why dealer positioning matters.

  3. What shipped

    Delta Edge is live at deltaedge.app, opening with founding-member access — traders join the waitlist for priority access and launch pricing. The site already runs on live market data: an index tape streams across the top while the terminal renders gamma exposure, max pain, vega profiles, and the 3D volatility surface. The feature set spans the GEX heatmap, 0DTE dashboards, a screener across 500+ optionable tickers, and an AI analyst that explains what the positioning means.
