Big orders · pickup only

Feed the office. The receipt still prints first.

A tray is the menu times ten — 30 tacos at the tres-tacos price, the multiplication printed on the line. There is no separate catering menu, because separate menus are where the letra chica lives.

La charola es el menú por diez. Sin menú aparte, sin letra chica — la cuenta primero, como siempre.

1How many mouthscuántas bocas — 8 to 80
12
2The fillingel relleno — the tray is ten tres-tacos, so it still matters most
3The tablepara la mesa — each one is the counter item × a printed number

Trays never round down: 36 tacos needed is 2 trays — the spare 24 will not be spare for long.

The policy, printed

Three rules for forty tacos.

No bulk discount

A tray is the menu times ten, and it says so on the line. “Catering prices” that drift from the wall are how the letra chica starts — ours can't drift, because they're the same numbers.

A day's notice

The walk-in line owns the plancha from 11 to close. Trays fry at 9 AM, before the door opens, so neither of you waits on the other. In by 6 PM, ready tomorrow — the clock above is doing that math live.

Pickup, still

The no-apps rule applies double at party scale: forty tacos in a courier bag arrive as one warm brick. Two trips from the counter to your trunk, we carry, it's hot when the office eats.

A party spread on clay plates: burritos, street tacos, elote, chips and aguas frescas

One tray per ten guests, 10 orders per tray — the arithmetic scales, the plancha doesn't hurry. · Order pickup by phone — it's ready in twelve minutes and nobody's app took a cut.

Under eight people? You’re a walk-in — bring them, the line moves. Build a single order instead.
